Founded in 2016, Carol has led JTCH Property Investments to becoming an integral investments firm. Graduating from Troy University and University of Phoenix, Carol's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to continually secure investment properties. No slowing down in sight, Carol is still taking JTCH Property Investments to new heights.

With a background as a Professional Home Inspector and real estate investor, Cholly impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Cholly also spearheads most of our companies renovation projects. Cholly has proven to become the face of JTCH Property Investments a positive asset to the community.
